@datamonkey I agree with your comment, all Nintendo are stating is that the profits aren't increasing over the current Switch. What does that mean though? Is it factoring in the pandemic and now they are adjusting price increases plus the slight modifications. What were they making on the Switch pre-pandemic?
I don't believe for a minute that Switch has been manufactured since 2016/2017 and the components haven't dropped in price, they had to be making a healthy profit before covid and are just adjusting these prices accordingly.
Metroid is my favorite Nintendo franchise, but I'm going to be highly upset if they did the bare minimum in porting this over and been sitting on this game! This whole time they could have been adding more to update the assets of these games to more modern graphics styles...
@Ambassador_Kong Well Nvidia's tech has proven time and time again that it doesn't need to be equal in numbers to out perform AMD's. So I expect anything close to XboxOne and PS4 specs will visually supercede both of those systems
This is why this game is considered one of the G.O.A.T's, because they created a world in which so many people will play and get complete different experiences. I remember the first time I watched a video of the coolest things you can do in BoTW and seeing someone parry the guardian's laser was like straight out of DBZ for me and it was like Link went super saiyan.
