It's probably The penitent one the main character in Blasphemous game, well i wish it was the new character that they developing because it says it not from the world of bloodstained and a friend, Miriam went to the world of Blasphemous to put into test which is the Strife and Ruin DLC of the game, The penitent one helped her to return on its homeworld by obtaining shards from those Blue portals,
I suggest you guys play Blasphemous too you can find Miriam there as you progress in the game its great
