@amongtheworms Id hardley call it a slam dunk, as I know for a fact for every CD that Nintendo has officially released, there are dozens more that have never gotten a proper release.

Going to infer that he supports Nintendo by buying the CDs officially, which don't get me wrong, I do too. I have the physical CD for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, OoT, and a few others lying around. But if Nintendo does not supply a way for me to listen to their music, I will go out of my way to do so. So yes, I will buy that Forgotten Land CD, but I'll also freely enjoy a flac rip of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers and Wario Land 4. People who say that I'm breaking the law will try to demonize me for stealing money from a mega corporation, but I'll be listening to the Smash Remix of Treasure Trove Cove.

I sure do hope if you want to listen to the 3D World Soundtrack, that you buy it from 3rd party sellers on eBay for $60-100! And I sure do hope that you don't dare think of listening to game music that never officially got released.

If you ever wanted to listen to the Double Dash, Pikmin, or New Super Mario Bros soundtrack, I sure hope you didn't look it for for free!.

@Chlocean People are unironically still stuck in the pre-2021 "Fortnite bad, Minecraft good" era. I used to despise Fortnite until I gave it a try, and now me and my friends play it everyday, even if just for three rounds or so. The game is great if you find friends to play it with, but I guess "hm! This game is popular, therefore I HATE IT!"

Also, I would hardly call Fortnite scummy, as their Battlepass systems are still miles better than whatever Overwatch 2, Halo Infinite, or slop from any DC branded game have released.

You guys want to blame Epic for the release of the BP? Blame Valve instead, since they started the BP system in Dota 2 way back in 2013.

@Tayrailbridge Yeah, because Ubisoft making The Crew unplayable, the horrid Activison-Blizzard work enviorments, the mass layoffs at multiple game studios, that's not the end of gaming.

Instead, the end of gaming is having Samus be in the same game as Jack Skellington and Peter Griffin.

Many Satellaview Games (Some more notable ones including The Legend of Zelda remake, the new Excitebike game featuring Mario characters, and the semi-sequel to Link to the Past.)

Unless Nintendo actively tries to release crap that we can no longer get nor will ever get released, I will continue breaking Intellectual property.
