I think my biggest thing from having me go 100% download is the fact that my kids can't play the games I bought on the same system even though they are apart of my my family. I can't have two device logged in on my account as the primary account. On Xbox I have multiple accounts mine and then my husband and kids. We buy everything using my account but then they can play it on their account full access. Which yes Nintendo does but if say I logged in on my account at a friend's house but my family wasn't using my account at that time. They can still play the games cause it's on the console and even though my account signed out of the Xbox at home their games are still fully online playable.
Nintendo does not have that capability and I am forced to let my kids play on my switch because that is my primary. If I logged in as another primary then it won't work on the other switch. So if I want to play Pokémon or some game and then when I complete the game and let him try the game. I am forced to buy physical because it is the only way to ensure the money used to buy the game doesn't go to just one person but everyone in the household can enjoy the game after one member completed or is done playing it.
