I don't want to see fluffy articles like this. Posting a super-broad you-tube video (by a reviled channel no less) and captioning it with a meaningless click-bait title, is everything I hate about game blogs.
I read the article too. It doesn't say anything of note. It does what it was written to do which is garner clicks and posts. There are so many websites that just generate dumb content like this. Please don't become another one, Nintendo Life.
Edit: And if this article was meant to be tongue in cheek like the author suggests in a comment, then please someone come explain it to me. I certainly don't see the irony. It seems like nothing more than a genuine repost of a you-tube channel that a lot of people think is morally in the wrong. Like others have said, there are SOOOOO many other videos about games on you-tube.
@StarDust4Ever Actually $800 is what my old game store charged for an import N64. You gotta remember the internet wasn't a very big thing back in those days and the idea of importing game systems from Japan was still somewhat new and niche. And there wasn't really much competition so if you had access to import systems and could mod them, you could charge whatever you could get away with.
