I just judged the age of Mario's family by looks anyway... Grandpa Mario looks to be 75/80 years old; Uncle Tony looks 50/53 years old; Uncle Arthur looks 40/45 years old; Aunt Marie looks to be 35/40 years old; Papa Mario now looks 55 years old (based on the ages of his brothers and father); Mama Mario looks 52 maybe; and then, by the age of his parents, Mario may be 24/26 years old because Luigi is younger, who seems to be 21/23 years old.
Mario having a room full of posters and stuff doesn't make him that young, he might just like these games/characters.
