I grew up during the evolution of video games and have been a gamer all my life. I had Pong when it was the most advanced innovation at the time. I spent hours (and all my paper route money) as a kid with friends in the Arcades of the 80s.
I love being able to play old video games and have always made a point to share with these with my son and explain why a specific old game that looks lame now was so advanced or popular or historic at the time it was new.
As far as Crazy Climber this was actually awesome to play as a full arcade game with a joystick for each hand to control each side of the body of that nameless climber who's motivations for reaching the top of the buildings will forever remain a mystery.
I agree the full price is a bit steep, but I snagged it instantly during the Holiday Sale for just a few bucks.
