Because I have read 5+ reviews of this game for the Switch and absolutely no one complain about slowdown or framerate issues. I've spoken to a youtube reviewer who've had none of your issues on the Switch, and I've also seen videos of the game being run in handheld mode with zero lag whatsoever...
