So Game processed my switch pre-order and have cancelled my Zelda order (I did them at different times as amazon was cheaper but then couldn't deliver until 3 days after release ). I have rung game CS the have advised me some one from dispatch will call me today and re process my payment they have told me I will have it for day of release. I think to be fair its my bank that is at fault here not Game. If I get the call back and the game on Fri I ll be happy with how they have handled it. If not I ll download it.
