Man I actually really struggling to get a bit if gaming in right now. Maybe I'm not that into the games. I have a few that have been added to the backlog. Will get there eventually.
Been trying to work my way through Xenoblade 2. At Chapter 5 (I think), I honesty forget. It has become a bit of a grind for me at this point. Hoping the love will happen again.
It is possible that I am burnt out on JRPG's. I loved the first Xenoblade when it came to switch, so was keen to play the 2nd. I will probably pick up the soon to be released 3rd depending on reviews. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment.
Would like to check out a few others in my backlog that I haven't touched, such as FF XXII, and others.
Also need to go back and put some work into some games after struggling to go far in them. Looking at you Subnautica. Just doesn't seem like my style right now.
Started Xenoblade 2 for the first time. About 15 hours in so far. Starting to get my head around the gameplay so I am enjoying it so far. It's definitely not the most accessible game, and has its flaws. Not as good as Xenoblade DE so far, but that could change. Also should get back to my play through of Final Fantasy X. Was getting tired about 2 thirds of the way through. I seem to be a sucker for JRPG's, but they are such a time sink! I can play them for hours and still never finish them!
I was a great age when the N64 came out so looking forward to it. Reminds me of my youth, and I have a lot of nostalgia for the 90's. Was a great time to be alive. Looking forward to the Zelda games and Banjo the most. I love Zelda, but Banjo takes the cake. Has a special place in my memory. Hoping I'm not disappointed to go back. Played through Mario 64 again last year and thought it was superb so expecting Banjo to hold up well.
I have been playing No Ni Kuni and Skyward sword the last few weeks. Skyward sword has been a bit of a slog. I don't mind it, but it is probably my least favourite Zelda game. I had never played it previously on Wii so a first time for me. No Ni Kuni has been great and is a beautiful game. And then I mucked up and started a new Witcher 3 game so I am lost in that now. I am terrible at finishing games.
I am playing Wind Waker HD on the Wii U. I will likely get Skyward sword soon, but I need to justify buying a Wii U only just over a week ago almost solely for the purpose of playing old Zelda games and the virtual console. I was waiting for them to be ported to the switch but ran out of patience and faith for that matter. As it is my first experience playing a Wii U, I find it to be a quirky console. It has it's charms, but I also just wish I could play the games I want to on Switch as it is a much better, smoother console in my opinion. Also the Wii U Pro controller is bullocks, (the buttons and the right stick are misplaced, especially after being used to the Switch Pro controller), but I realised that Wind Waker HD is great on the gamepad so enjoying it.
Nostalgia is both irrational and enjoyable on occasions and often expensive.

Re: Beautiful Disney-esque Horror 'Bye Sweet Carole' Gets Suitably Spooky Release Date
Looks like it could be cool. A bit muddy in the visuals, but I kinda like it. It's pretty and murky at the same time.
