@Bolt_Strike What is being subtracted here? Bank gives you the ability to transfer mons from g5 to g6, and it's future-proof, so we don't get an issue like with with g2 to g3. Hell, to transfer from 4 to 5 needed a separate game system.

@Zombie_Barioth see, how capitalism works, is peopel charge money for goods and services. it's be nice if it was free, but $5 per YEAR is pretty good for what's offered.

I've had it since it came out, and i've only paid $5 once. Neat thing is, my pass is still active until the 5th of march, so I could stop using it altogether.
the fact that this is the "palPark" for future gens is great too.

if trading isn't an option, why play Pokemon at all? the whole reason for two versions is to encourage players to trade.

False. No one is forcing you do pay for anything. in fact,you can easily get these Pokemon by TRADING for them.
Pull your head out and stop making this look like a huge issue when it's not.
