It really shouldn't be surprising to Nintendo that the game didn't sell well as the Metroid series have never really been big sellers, least as far as I know anyway. Overall I liked the game myself although I still think giving Samus dialogue and a plot that is told to you and not figured out by the player was a big mistake.
Not only is Phantasy Star one of the best 8-bit RPGs made but it is also the best Master System game ever produced! If your a fan of old school RPGs then this is a must buy!
While this game does shows its age it is still really fun. I especially like the many different party combinations as it gives the game a huge amount of replayability that the RPGs of today lack. My only real complaint is that there is an incredibly large amount of game play glitches that, while not exactly game destroying, are annoying.
One of my favorite Sonic games of the past. The game is fun and challenging which in my opinion is a great combination. Add in the high replay value provided by finding the 6 Chaos Emeralds and you have one of the best Master System games ever produced.
Wow, I forgot how hard this game was. The first few levels are pretty easy but near the end it gets pretty hard and the final boss really tries your patience. Still, this is one great game and in my opinion one of the finest NES games produced.
The first game I downloaded on my VC. Simply put, this is one of my favorite games of all time. Great music, fun Robot Masters, and great power ups make it the best Mega Man from the original series. I highly recommend!
