Same, I'm using Gmail as well.

@Aquialex I hate the support line for Pokemon. A phone would be better. They never reply to emails, I emailed them three months ago and ended up closing it today.

@stylecheetah Yeah, It's a problem. I'm figuring they're having some tech. issues that's causing them to lose the codes.

A lot of people are having this issue, I've contacted Nintendo Support and they said a lot are and told me that we have to contact Pokemon Support, I have and I'm waiting
