@Anti-Matter this sounds like an Indonesia problem and not a modding problem. Game Banana exists as a site for individuals to download single mods for personal use, this is not the same thing as altered bootleg copies of games being sold on a black market. Your country should get a better handle on laws, you won't find games like that being sold in many other countries because retailers won't carry it.
