@Caryslan actually, Doomslayer is the one who raises the most questions. Ryu happens to be a sword fighter which can toned down easily. Doomslayer literally rips demons apart with his bare hands and he blows things up with BFGs, grenade launchers, shotguns, etc. that is certainly “unfitting” for Smash (Nintendo can definitely do it, I’m just saying). Plus, Ridley impales the opponent with its spiky tail (a move and shown in its reveal trailer). The whole “Mortal Kombat and Scorpion is too violent for Smash” is complete BS considering that we all clamor for Doomslayer, Dante, and Ryu to appear. Scorpion (or Sub Zero) has earned his spot on the roster regardless of what you say. Plus, MK has been toned down many times and it was fine. All in all, if we can get Bayonetta and Ridley as well as requests to add Doomslayer, Dante, and Ryu Hayabusa to show up. There should be no problem adding Scorpion.
