I was highly looking forward to a new game for this IP. One as this article suggested, a possible new one all together just like it. Fenix Rising has been my favorite surprise (to me) hit. I love that game. At the top it said “a report suggested …”. Does that mean it’s not officially been done away with? Ubisoft has been making some questionable decisions for a few years now; and that’s mostly from people that know way more about the business than I. Do they really wanna stick to Just two series or IPs? Two that have hit that age of series fatigue, especially AC. They’re both solid franchises, I particularly like the ACs as a huge history buff. Both Far Cry and AC could do well with a short break. Doesn’t mean Ubisoft has to leave them behind. But what better to help fill the game of some time off from those two than continuing to build on a newer one that has shown to be somewhat of a surprise hit, liked by a lot of players from wha I’ve read. Come on, please!
@Sfoste25 I know your posted question is now over three years old, but I was hoping you found some sort of answer. I have the one Switch, an original, wife got Animal Crossing on it, but with us sharing she never got to play it much. I recently got a new Zelda OLED Switch and I would like to make that my new primary. Want to transfer all the save data and profile and get all the games over to it. And I want to keep the original switch. Like you, it sounds like to me, I want to be able to leave AC on the original console and my profile that it’s attached to, even if the profile is hindered by not being primary and just a copy of sorts of my profile. Keep old Switch, only have AC and profile, all else transferred. Were you able to do this? Or found any useful information? Please, any help. Your post is the only even remotely close thing I’ve found similar to my question. Thank you.
