Nearly every retailer operates like that in the UK now. GAME's return policy is that they put a sticker across where the box opens. If their seal is broken, then they wont offer a full refund. The only time they have a game in its original factory wrap seal is if its a brand new game, and their are lots of copies.
@nlifegamer For me the order form for the cd popped up straight after registering the game. Which is the same for everyone that I've seen so far as well.
It was always stated that it ended the 30th of June for the UK: "Club Nintendo Members who register their copy of the game will have the chance to get their hands on an exclusive THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: OCARINA OF TIME 3D SOUNDTRACK CD, featuring a slew of great tracks from the game score. But, if you want to get your hands on one, you'll have to register the game by the 30th of June 2011!"
@daznsaz Yeah, I've got the vid appear in the eShop, but it says currently unavailable when I try to download it. I would have preferred the e3 trailers for the 3DS games instead of this.
Also they have added the Nintendogs games for rating.
@19 If you buy the points directly on the DSi, Shantae works out at £11.80, whereas on the 3DS it costs £10.80. All the DSiWare come out slightly cheaper now. Although you can buy Nintendo points cards cheaper than directly on the console for the DSi.
@cyrus_zuo I'm not finding battery life too much of a problem. I use the charging cradle overnight, so I'm all topped up to play the following day. I think I've only had it blinking red three times since launch, and one of those was on purpose just to see what it looked like on the notification light.
I'm liking that Master Quest has been mirrored, so now it'll feel completely different compared to the old Master Quest.
Boss Rush mode sounds cool too, but I don't know whether I would redo the bosses that often, I think I would rather start the game again and complete the whole thing instead. I'll wait and see though.
@joe22 In the UK (and europe), Ocarina of Time came out as a 3+ on the N64, which then got upgraded to a 7+ with the new rating system on the Gamecube. The Wii version then got upgraded to a 12+ and they were both ports of the original N64 version with nothing changed. The 3DS version has remained at a 12+

Re: Surprise Ubisoft Sale Arrives on Wii U eShop in North America
Even if there was a 30% reduction on the UK eshop for Ubisoft games, they would still be cheaper to buy on Amazon.
Re: Zen Studios Announces Zen Pinball 3D for 3DS eShop
I thought it had been announced as well. Theres even a 3D video of it in the eShop from last week (UK)

Re: Wii Shop Channel Now Accepting eShop Cards
Ah, if £15 relates to 2000 points, thats a good thing again, as the last cards were upped to £20 for 2000 points here in the UK
Knowing our luck it'll be 100 points = £1. So £15 will be 1500 points instead.
Re: First Impressions: FAST - Racing League
This looks great. Might take a look at this when it launches
Re: UK Pre-Orders Bag a Gold Sleeve and Poster for Ocarina 3D
@Sushi
Spirit Tracks had a better pre-order bonus with the tin and the 2 figurines.
Re: UK Pre-Orders Bag a Gold Sleeve and Poster for Ocarina 3D
Its a shame you have to pay £40 in Game and Gamestation compared to the £30 from Amazon.

It looks quite good, but he seems to run a bit too slow for my liking.
