Update [Tue 9th Aug, 2022 11:45 BST] So, do you remember the original title of this article? 'We're Really Jealous Of This French Pre-Order Bonus For Pokémon Scarlet & Violet'? Was someone at Game Freak on Nintendo of Europe reading this?
Today, GAME has revealed its pre-order bonus for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, and — surprise! — it's the figurine we were talking about last week.
This figurine of the starters is exclusive to GAME in the UK, so if you're as in love with it as us and you live in the UK, get pre-ordering now. Hopefully, it'll come to other European stores, and maybe even the US. We wouldn't want you to miss out on this!

Original article [Fri 5th Aug, 2022 15:30 BST]: We admit it, we're suckers for a really nice pre-order bonus. Especially when it comes to figurines. And with Pokémon Scarlet & Violet coming out this November, we're eager to see just what kind of bonuses or gifts will be on offer from various retailers.
So far, we only know about a few digital gifts — such as an exclusive backpack and that cute little Pikachu who's Terastral form means he gets balloons! — but Nintendo Wire has discovered that French retailer Micromania-Zing is already ahead of the pack with this lovely physical pre-order bonus.
This exclusive pre-order bonus is a little figurine of all three of generation 9's starters — Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxley. It's really rather lovely, and we really rather want it.
You'll get this trio if you pre-order either Scarlet, Violet, or the Double Pack from Micromania-Zing. So, if you love it and you live in France, there's no reason not to!
Here in the UK, we sometimes get figurine pre-order bonuses for Pokémon games too, and maybe this will head our way too (if it does, we'll be sure to tell you), but for now, we'll have to admire this from a distance.
If you haven't already, make sure you check out our list of everywhere you can pre-order the upcoming Pokémon games.
Do you like this pre-order bonus as much as we do? Do you hope a retailer near you gets something like this? Let us know in the comments!

Considering the Diamond and Pearl figures went MIA, I won't hold my breath for these, even if they are announced as a Nintendo Store and GAME exclusive here in the UK.
Oh look a retailer doing great pre order stuff, where as Nintendon't.
Remember the tennis Balls for Mario Tennis Aces??
Or the Coasters and Keyring for Mario Party?
I'm hoping something like this, a little statue showing off the Pokemon, happens here in Ireland since BDSP and PLA had something similar to this as well (granted that was for the box legendaries but they were still really cool). I pre-order Pokemon games anyway but personalised pre-order bonuses like these always make me excited for the release day to come regardless.
what a cute little figurine!
I'm just hoping that we don't get individual steelbooks for Scarlet/Violet as we did for Sword/Shield.
The only thing worse than being coaxed into buying what is essentially the same game twice is to buy the same game four times (and another two times with the release of the physical expansion cart).
Though to be fair, I sold my base Sword copy and gifted Shield.
Look at the duck boy go
@Kiz3000 Where did you preorder? That is shocking as I got both figures from the two retailers I ordered with.
I’m not, I could just buy the gen 9 starter figures when tomy & jazwares start making them.
It's either JPN or EU that gets the good stuff - but poor NA gets the Shaft everytime. And the NA is the one that buys the most from Nintendo-why do they do this to NA for.
❗️I'm not pre-ordering anything until I know what trinket we'll get here in 🏴
je suis spagnole, je suis perdu.
Cest possible leer frances, plus aut menos.
Ahh French is too broken, the other roman languages are easier to "switch" over.
So i am not able to mimik a French and get those Figures
I am under the firm belief that digital pre-orders should include every piece of pre-order DLC on offer from every store. Because a digital game purchaser is provided the most direct contribution to the console and developer and not letting Gamestop take their cut. Sadly as a solely digital game purchaser I can tell you we often get screwed out of digital DLC
@Silly_G
You could always just buy one version and ask your friends and family who also play Pokemon which version they are getting. If you don't have any friends or family there are a million Discord channels to join and you will find some with the version exclusives you don't have.
Don't worry yourselves to much most likely be resold at over 300% retail after launch like everything else you will buy it like always as its the social norm good old capitalism you all love
This is what you you'd be fighting for God bless
I like the duck
Waaaaat. You can actually hitch a ride with a flying pikachu!!! The legend has come truee. XD nice.
Indeed that is a cool preorder bonus.
Okay that's really cute actually. I do love this trio of starters.
Got this as a pre-order before with Sword/Shield .. be aware for those thinking of pre-ordering to get it that the figure is very small, about the size of an amiibo
@BlueGBAMicro Well, now we know.
This means you'll be getting it, right?
I'm not usually a preorder person, but I would for these. Hopefully they bring this to North America!
ANY AMMIBO ACTION?
Or I can give GAME the miggle finger and just buy it for no more than £10 on E-Bay.
Considering what happened last time with the figures I believe it was for Dimond and pearl game’s I wouldn’t be to confident with them.
@Cyclist DLC You must be new to the Internet
@hypercoyote The Arceus Figure and the BD/SP Figure was about that price JUST after it had been released so why not the ScarVio one?
Hopefully they announce some physical preorder bonuses for North America.
