Dolls houses, Superliminal, Gorogoa, and Disney World. What do you get if you mash them all up? You get one very excited and confused 8-year-old, and you get Maquette, an Annapurna-published game that came out on PC and PlayStation in 2021.
The core puzzley concept of Maquette is recursion — you know, things-within-things, inception, whatever you want to call it — which have been explored successfully in the aforementioned Superliminal and Gorogoa, where everything is a matryoshka of clever twists.
Maquette will trick you with its perspective and delight you with its perception-shifting puzzles when it comes out on the Nintendo Switch in Winter, 2022.

Played this on PS4. Nice to see this puzzler coming to the Switch.
looks uh
hm
like a game!
I'm very intrigued by that combination of audio (including a very catchy song) and visual in the trailer, but I still have near zero clue what this game actually is. I guess I'll keep a watch out.
Edit: I found the game soundtrack on Spotify and it's amazing. I want to play the game now just to see how the music lines up with the gameplay.
Any news on a date for this?
I want this! I am ready. I’m starting to see Annapurna pop up quite a bit. Loved Donut County and Gorogoa.
I might just need to get it on another platform and then play it again on Switch.
