Just recently, Marvel Studios showcased a first-look at the upcoming Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Fans got a glimpse at a new trailer for the series alongside a promotional poster showing off Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters in full Hulk-mode whilst wearing very high heeled shoes (as if she needs to boost her height even more!).
Banjo-Kazooie fans may notice, of course, that She-Hulk's general skin tone and appearance bears a remarkable similarity to that of Gruntila, the series' primary antagonist, particularly when she morphs into "sexy Gruntilda". Well, Twitter user @Rafaknight_rk, a 3D artist who has worked on the likes of Sonic the Hedgehog, has gone ahead and altered the She-Hulk poster to herald Gruntila's long-awaited return. Forget Banjo and Kazooie; it's Grunty's turn for the spotlight!
It's an amusing spin on the promotional material, particularly since the She-Hulk show itself has already drawn some heavy criticism for its reliance on CG, which some have declared to be "pretty bad".
Of course, whether Banjo-Kazooie and our beloved Gruntilda actually return at some point is very much down to Microsoft; chances are that we won't see any potential future entries on the Switch, but hey, at least we've got the Switch Online + Expansion Pack service!
What do you make of the mock-up Gruntilda poster? Share your thoughts in the usual place!

I never understood why Hulk is enormous and She-Hulk is just a normal lady except green.
It's criminal Nintendo never bought Rare or at least their IPs. So many series that will remain dormant or dead because of that decision
About as good as the CGI in the trailer to be fair!
@Munchlax it's because she was never exposed to the Gamma rays - she gets her powers from a blood transfusion from Bruce Banner!

To be fair, the CGI in the trailer also looks like it’s from the 90s!
@nessisonett @Orokosaki You both beat me to it!
@Munchlax I'm not sure if the show is doing that, but this image shows the difference between the "normal" woman and her She-Hulk state...

Also, popular traits of attractiveness are different for men and women. A super jacked woman is not as attractive in terms of popular opinion. It's the same reason why you don't see super scrawny male heroes. This doesn't mean no one can find jacked women or scrawny men hott, it's just the majority.
Uh oh. Poor Tooty...

I have a different answer than the others, but it's my understanding that Bruce Banner was always hiding and suppressing his anger, so he became a rage monster. Jennifer Walters was afraid of being ignored or not making a difference, so she became confident and beautiful.
Banner became the person he held himself back from becoming while Walters became the person she was held back from becoming. It's a bit of a retcon, but everything in Marvels comics is.
@Truegamer79 Wow Misogynistic much? She Hulk has been a thing since the 70's....
@Munchlax @Aurumonado This is the correct answer. It's a very recent retcon from the 2018 Immortal Hulk, but at least it's an addressed explanation.
I mean I get the joke but well Rafa just changed the logo, kinda expected something else.
This is the first time I seen this promo art for the show btw. I also watched the trailer recently and while the CGI probably don't deserve so much hate as it could have been worse imo, I got vibes of the 2003 Hulk movie from it.😅 Nevertheless I will still give the show a watch since I used to like She-Hulk and the rest of the Hulk family back in the days.
I heard the push back to the poor CGI before I actually saw the trailer and thought "Pfft! Typical MCU nerds... whatever"
Then saw the trailer and was like "Okay, yeah, it looks like a PS3 game, but blown up to 4k"
The actress did a pretty great job in Orphan Black, so I'm confident that the actual show won't be a dud, but they really gotta brush up a few things before it debuts.
(Also, we live in a post-Lady Dimitrescu world which has irreversibly unlocked something in the minds of fans that has paved the way for Jessica Walter's to be well-recieved)
"She-Hulk show itself has already drawn some heavy criticism for its reliance on CG, which some have declared to be "pretty bad"."
I don't think reliance is the right word here. That isn't the problem. It's the quality of the CG. The character is actually in line with one of the stories for she-hulk where she is more comfortable in green than in her normal skin. I've heard no one complaining about that. It's all been directed at how Shrek like it feels.
This isn't 2002 where people are complaining about "it has too much CG", we're well past that point and have 20 years worth of movie goers who have not known an industry without CG in their movies and expect it. The quality has come a long way.
Yeah this show is going to be bad. With how much marvel uses cgi, you think they could at least make it look good.
They should of just painted the actress green like good old Lou Ferrigno.
@Munchlax She-Hulk is like 7ft tall. Jennifer is not much over 5ft tall. Also, yes, I agree the CG is rough, but as long as the story is good I can over look it. I grew up with a lot worse and still managed to enjoy the movies/shows.
@Malones2792 She-Hulk was created in 1980 as a pre-emptive strike against someone making a gender swap spin off to the Incredible Hulk TV show like how The Bionic Woman came to be as a gender swap spin off of The Six Million Dollar Man. Stan Lee didn't want a gender swap version of Hulk so made sure she was unique despite having the same powers.
Let the fan art begin!
Is She-Hulk part of the Fantastic Four? because someone just declared “Flame on!”
@Bass_X0 pushes up glasses. She actually was for a time.
