Uhhh...this looks like one of those shovelware games that come out weekly you see on the Eshop. I'm all for whatever floats your boat however of ALL the games (or shovelware) that do come out weekly how did this one get to rise above and get it's own article?

There's so many games that come out that are ranks above shovelware that don't get any sort of peep on here. I understand it's not possible to showcase them all but...out of all to choose from...this one? Really? Right on I guess.

Promoting trashy, sexualised games, whether they be catered towards homosexuals, heterosexuals, or anything in between, is (in my opinion) classless.

Having lived through the 1990s, and even just knowing about the late '80s, when so very many moral panics and uninformed judgments were arising from all quarters, I would much rather that we can discuss M-rated games openly, even at the risk of putting trashy ones on display. (The M-rating includes high-value series like SMT, for example.) I'm not trying to silence your opinion here - these games aren't for me either, I find no value in them. I am saying that we need to be careful exactly how we criticize, so that our objections aren't used against us later.

@CANOEberry I didn't mean to sound offensive, and in an ideal world I wish they didn't describe my ecchi games like that either, but if its good for the gander its good for the goose too. I like ecchi games, and I'm fine with other people liking this type of fanservice. Just wish they were treated equaly

@Andy_C444 Didn't we just have a review of that pirate girl game where adjusting breast sizes affected stats a few weeks ago? NL does review and talk about games of all sorts. Whatever might get them the most clicks, one way or another.

As for why this particular game? Quite frankly, we don't see too much of this style of game targeting gay males. It naturally draws the eye more than the next closet indie game that is probably great but will sell poorly.

Dream Daddy was more like a bachelorette party’s fantasy of what gay men are like.

I want something designed by gay men for gay men. This looks closer to that but still too tame.

@Greenmanalishi It’s an interesting one. The most unashamedly gay game I’ve played clearly designed by a gay man was Stick Shift, which has you sensually manipulating a gearstick. Somehow that captured the gay experience more than these sorts of games.

@nessisonett the Japanese Cho Aniki shumps were very gay. I remember them in the 90s. You never saw them really the magazines and early internet would use them to tee up homosexual jokes and get undersexed/repressed teenagers all riled up.

@garfreek While they have covered a bunch of VNs, I wouldn't say almost all unless you consider the weekly aviable for download articles as covered. But they do cover a lot yes.
