It was only in late October that Ashwalkers was confirmed for Switch, a game focused on post-apocalyptic survival; it's from developer Nameless XIII, with Dear Villagers publishing. As you can see in the trailer above it's now confirmed for a release on 10th March on Nintendo's system, both in the eShop and with a rather nice physical edition.
It's described as a non-linear story experience, with the game's description highlighting a significant number of endings to discover.
- Make meaningful choices in a non-linear narrative
- Different paths to take with 34 different endings
- Manage your party’s resources as well as their physical and mental health
- Get to know the group through their relationship dynamics
- Travel and learn about this hostile world destroyed by a volcanic apocalypse
- Harvest resources and craft supplies
Let us know if this one's going on your Switch wishlist.

So overwhelmingly bleak... If i were to pick this game up, i'd definitely get it for a different platform. I could get into a game like this, but I like to keep my libraries for Nintendo systems more upbeat.
This seems to be the opposite of the type of experience i want to have when i'm playing on the Switch.
I was interested, until I read the mixed reviews.

Wow yes that is desolate! This and Darkest Dungeon should be charter members of NL's new list of Most Bleak Switch Games.
At least it's cheerful in that volcanoes brought on the apocalypse, rather than humanity self-annihilating. @_@;;
To anyone criticizing a post-apocalyptic game for being "bleak" or "desolate" - do you all understand what "post apocalyptic" means?
Sounds interesting!
A decent survival game that could be completed in 3 hours or less. Hopefully the multiple endings makes up for it. May pick it up during a sale.
Got Preorder for Physical edition.
10th march? Really?
I saw it today at a local game store on the shelf...
Didn't see any combat. Is it just walking and sitting down, playing with menus? All footage I saw seemed like a loading screen for a more interesting game.
