Oink Games is a Japanese tabletop game studio that you might have seen, if you're into the scene — their small, neon-coloured boxes are easy to bring to parties, or trains, or other people's houses. The company has created a myriad of games in their trademark style, but now four of their most popular games are going virtual on the Nintendo Switch, too, after a successful Kickstarter earlier this year.
The games included in Let's Play! Oink Games are:
- Startups (Competitive card game)
- A Fake Artist Goes To New York (Drawing-meets-social deduction)
- Deep Sea Adventure (Co-op deep-sea survival)
- Moon Adventure (Co-op space survival)
The Indie World announcement promised more games to come, as well as both offline and online play with friends and family (online will require Nintendo Switch Online Membership, of course).
The game is available right now on the Nintendo eShop as a timed console exclusive for $21.99.

Switch has a secret treasure chest of board game goodies on the eshop, and it's nice to see some brilliant new options added to that.
As a fan of Mario Party, Clubhouse games, and Jackbox, this seems perfect.
just hoping the additional games don't cost more when they drop, because this seems fun but i dunno if i'm ready to drop more than 25 bones on it
love the design though
I wish I was involved in the Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. I love the design of these titles. Will definitely try to get my friend to buy this game with me.
No article on Endling yet, but I'm waiting patiently- it made me feel many feels.
@somebread Each "real" game is nearly 20€. They're pretty expendive, but that's the price.
@NKR which makes a lot more sense for physical board games, but I dunno how much that works for digital as well. obviously a lot of work still goes into them as a video game but it's not like they have to compensate for manufacturing costs/shipping worldwide (because as far as I can tell they're japan-based?)
@somebread I've three games here (Deep Sea Adventure, Insider, Nine Tiles Panic). Two are made in EU, the third one is made in China. I let you calculate what is the cost for manufacturing and shipping
But I deeply prefer the physical board game rather than a video game copy !
I've got maybe about 20 Oink games now and I love them. They're all wonderfully presented, compact and pretty easy to pick up. Deep Sea Adventure is definitely the favourite between friends and family, so much the paint wore off the die!
This package looks the same in terms of high presentation values and they've picked some great ones to start with. If you like board games or want some family friendly games but don't want the physical ones knocking about this seems like a really good alternative!
We have had Deep Sea Adventure for a while and its always good fun to play as a quick filler game, between bigger games.
Seeing it portable, with other Oink games is very welcome
I thought I was well versed in the physical board game world, but I have to admit I have never heard of those. Peaked my interest for sure though.
