Just Dance 2022 Launches On Switch Today, Here's The Full Song List

Not a bad list this year. Might actually consider buying this. But i’ll probably wait until reviews are out.

One song on that I list I enjoy.

There’s actually good music on this for once, I’m shocked. Last year had maybe two good ones total. I counted 6 this time!

Fun for the whole family.

Just Dance is an annual thing in our household. The kids love it and it ends up being not too expensive once it goes on sale close to the holidays (usually $25 or around that) and we trade in last year's game.

As for this year's game, a few the maps I've seen so far look to be really creative and fun

I don't know a single song on this list, lol. Is the newer music I listen to (modern Folk, newer Prog Rock, and modern Americana) just not danceable enough? I definitely am down to do a jig if someone breaks out the fiddle or does an overly long bass solo.

I still say NO to Just Dance.
Dance Dance Revolution and other BEMANI games are what i need for Rhythm games.

. . . although that song makes me want to get up and dance the moment I hear the announcer say, "the forecast calls for blue skies!" That, and it has me hitting an invisible cow bell extremely enthusiastically . . . clang*clang*clang*clang

@Ryu_Niiyama I need a korean one, the k-songs in the list are the only ones actually making me want to buy the game, all other songs are too "normie" for me, to be honest, but that's just my personal opinion, and that's my problem with these games, there's most of the time only like 3 songs i like, not compelling enough

@Ryu_Niiyama Back in like before 2014 the games had NTSC region exclusive songs, but i don't think they do it anymore, last one i bought was pretty much exactly the NA release

@RantingThespian most of that you can’t really dance to…I was thinking more dance music or pop music from the 90s, like the just dance games are currently. But you do you.

Actually kind of impressed with this list for the first time in awhile. I count 15 good ones. I've always held off on the series since the start, but if a friend picks it up, I'll play.

@Ryu_Niiyama While I was joking with that list (I did intentionally list DMB 5 times . . . not because I hate DMB, but because I love DMB), but you can DEFINITELY dance to all that music. I've been to many concerts from those performers, and trust me, no one is sitting down. 98% of the crowd is dancing for almost 2-3 hours. Man, I miss live concerts.

However, I do think many Soul Coughing tunes could work in a Just Dance style game. It would be weird (it is Soul Coughing and that's just their nature) but they have enough songs with danceable grooves that it would work. Super Bon Bon, Circles, Casiotone Nation, Mr. Bitterness, Is Chicago Is Not Chicago, Monster Man, and $300 all would work.

Were all the Just Dance 2021 songs added to unlimited? My daughter loves Damce Monkey and Ice Cream chillin.

Still got no Meiko Nakahara, Tatsuro Yamashita, Tomoko Aran, Mariya Takeuchi, ANRI, or Junko Ohashi. Maybe next year ):
