As you might recall, the original BloodRayne games, starring a half-vampire femme fatale, are making a return next week as BloodRayne: ReVamped and BloodRayne 2: ReVamped.
Both games will be arriving in digital and physical form. If you're wanting to know more though, read on...
The first trailer for the game has now been released. The catch is, we can't actually show it here on Nintendo Life due to the age restrictions in place, so you'll have to head on over to YouTube to watch it. Just make sure you're signed in with your account.
"These enhanced editions from publisher Ziggurat Interactive feature modern updates such as higher display resolutions and improved environmental effects."
As for the game's file size, according to the Switch eShop web pages, the first game will require around 6.8GB of space, and the second title will take up almost double this amount - roughly 12.9GB.
Here's a look at the Limited Run physical releases, sold individually and as a dual pack. Standard copies will set you back $34 USD each, the collector's edition is $69.99, and the Switch eShop versions are $19.99 each (or your regional equivalent).
And if you're not familiar with the backstory of BloodRayne, or need a refresher - here you go. For more information and details about this upcoming release, check out our previous post.
"The third-person horror action series BloodRayne introduced gamers to Rayne, a brutal half-vampire femme fatale traveling the world to foil Nazi plans, battle supernatural threats, and uncover more about her vampiric heritage. Featuring a unique protagonist, fast-action combat, vampiric powers, and a globe-spanning storyline, BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2 offers a dynamic and visceral gameplay experience. Beloved by fans and critics alike, BloodRayne became a true cross-media phenomenon, spanning games, comics, and films across the early 2000s."
Will you be adding these games to your Switch library when they arrive on 18th November? Comment down below.

Lame, couldn't even bundle them in a collection. I feel that would had been a better value than having sell both separately as one is good and the other is garbage so now people will just buy the good one and avoid the garbage one. By bundling both in a collection, at least you make money from both.
Guess I have to get physical dumb games with all their space
I was a fan of the first two, as well as the Uwe Boll movie for its campiness. I definitely wanna get the physical versions one of these days.
I'll pick them up before Thanksgiving getting mario party Wednesday and pre-ordering pokemon friday.so I'll grab these 2 on the 24th
Finished them on PC back in the day. The games were never "great" by any means but I did enjoy the campiness and runnin and gunnin. Also...dat rear!
@Specter_of-the_OLED wait which one is the good one and which is the bad one?
For Switch, I might go for the physical. I just don't have a lot of space to spare on my memory card. Too bad Switch can't run games from external hard drives. 😑
They missed the boat and should have got this out for Halloween...
Will need reviews for the games before purchasing
Why so big tho?
Didnt they learn how to optimize the file sizes?
Pass. I remember playing a BloodRayne game back in the day and not liking it very much.
Is it any good?
Wow, that is far jankier and dated than I remembered.
@Dethmunk
Yeah, if they can't add any actual improvements, they shouldn't even bother. That goes for any of these remasters.
