The Pokémon collaboration we've all been waiting for is finally here, folks. Yes, Pokémon Oreos are now a thing. Yum.
Teased in a fancy new trailer (up above), this new collection of sweet crème delights will include 16 different designs in total. Pikachu's in there, of course, but you'll also find Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Sandshrew, Jigglypuff, Lapras, Dratini, Cyndaquil, Sableye, Piplup, Snivy, Pancham, Rowlet, Grookey, and Mew. Oreo says that "some are harder to find than others", so expect that Mew cookie to be a super-duper rare that'll sell at auction for $2 million or something.
The Pokémon Oreos are available to pre-order now in the US with shipping starting later this month on September 13th.
We don't need an excuse to devour any food that comes our way, but sticking a Pokémon on it doesn't hurt.

Look to the cookie, Elaine. Look to the cookie.
holds the pokemon oreos in milk until they nice and soggy
Dunk them in MooMoo Milk.
CookieMonster:COOKIES!....(stuff mouth with cookies)
The crazy thing is, I could see some of the rarer cookies hitting eBay at ridiculous prices. Stranger sales have been made.
If Pokémon is now connected to Oreo, and both Nabisco and Cadbury are subsidiaries of Mondelez, then this means the Dairy Milk Caramel Bunny is an undiscovered Pokémon.
Or just a regional variant/evolution of Lopunny.
@RupeeClock Freddo is Froakie confirmed!!!
First our donuts, now our cookies.
Where will it end?!
Very cool, shame they don't appear to be different flavours though.
I'll definitely love Pikachewing on these!
Now all we need is limited edition Pokemon themed pizza rolls.
A Wild Oric-OREO Appears!
Next Week in the News:
Pokemon causes Weight Issues in the US.
I'm getting flashbacks of that old commercial for a soup with Pokemon-shapes noodles. It's much more subtle here, but still gives the uncanny feeling of "Oh my god this kid hunted Pikachu down to eat"
"The Pokémon Oreos are available to pre-order now"
Is that a thing? Do people preorder food now?
On a separate note, I assume this is US only?
@Tyranexx That, or buy a pack and never open it, then profit in 20 years. (Probably why pre-orders are happening, actually.)
What, no National Dex? Only 16 Pokemon? Ugh, laziest devs ever.
Can't wait for Digimon Hydrox
@Deliesh ...Sadly, I could see that happening too.
Scalpers favorite meal!
