It's never too early to plan for the Holidays, and our attention was certainly captured by this gallery of festive ornaments that celebrates famous games. They're on the way from Hallmark, which is listing a range of keepsakes that'll go on pre-order later in the year.
Below are the Nintendo-themed ornaments that could grace your Christmas tree (we threw in the Sonic ones too).
Are you tempted to adorn your tree with any of these during the Holidays?

Yo. I kind of love these. But why release them so early?
These are so awesome!! I suppose they can be used as more than festive ornaments though given that none of them look particularly festive.
That’s not Jake, that’s Mario ya dumb dumbs!
The SNES better play Super Mario World music like NES played Super Mario Bros music
SNES and Yellow Cape Mario for me!
Sub-Zero.
The only true Christmas ornament.
Definitely going to try and get the Sonic ones. I was decorating the tree last Christmas, after I put up my Mario, Peach, and Yoshi ornaments, I was wondering why haven't I seen Sonic ones yet.
Also, I think they'll be a nice addition to other character themed ornaments I've gotten over the years.
@Heavyarms55 Usually Hallmark stores tend to sell them early. I remember ordering a Trolls ornament from them last year, and received it while it was still summer. Other stores usually sell them closer to Christmas.
What no Wario? Whaaaaaaa!!
@Heavyarms55 That's how Hallmark does things. They start releasing one wave of ornaments in the fall and another in the winter. Summertime is usually when they show off what's coming via a magazine and their website.
@QBertFarnsworth It does, according to the description in the Hallmark Wishbook (ornament magazine.)
Pixel Zelda looks like she is rocking a beard.
The Christmas season starts earlier and earlier every year..
I want them all.
Yo these look amazing! I totally want to collect them all!
I hope they look as fantastic as shown in this images and not have some yucky paint quality...
Oh great, now everyone thinks they are Jake from State Farm.
Tempting? Yes. Worth the price? Eh....
@Heavyarms55 Too early? Yes. But this is Hallmark. I've seen them run Christmas movies during the summer. You watch one, you've watched 99% of them. They have a basic formula. XD
@brianvgplayer That Jake from State Farm lacks khakis.
Hopefully you can get other names on the Mario ornament like Bort.
@QBertFarnsworth Click on the video, it actually does:

I would buy that in a heart-beat.. if it was the European SNES, because I have zero affinity with the purple one.
Wow, that SNES ornament has so much detail it almost looks real.
No Yoshi, no dice! ...no, him being on the cartridge doesn't count.
Still good stuff though!
they are nice and all... but have you seen those prices?!!!!
@Harmonie with 5 of those you can buy a SNE mini!
I may need a small Christmas tree just for Nintendo ornaments.
@Tandy255 it does, or it kind of looks like a regular lego man standing behind a weird cross.
That Tails and Sonic and the SNES is awesome. I went to the website and discovered a sweet Boba Fett on the throne in Jabba’s palace as seen at the end of Mandalorian season 2 I’m probably gonna pick up as well.
@BloodNinja what happened to the ninja approved?
@JGruns It’s still in there, but it’s my day off : )
The SNES lights and plays music!?
Also those pixel Zelda ones are very tiny and I’m not sure how I feel about it.
I'll buy the charizard and sonic ones
"On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a Charizard in a pear tree..."
@Heavyarms55 The popular ones sell out early which gives them a chance to restock several times before Christmas
Miyamoto is the reason for the season.
Look all like good fun for displaying.
