Love puzzle games? Then one recent release absolutely worth checking out is Puyo Puyo Tetris 2.
If you played the original not long after the Nintendo Switch's release, the sequel is essentially more of the same...now with Sonic the Hedgehog. Yep, in case you missed it, the blue blur has now arrived as a playable character in Sega's popular puzzler.
Unfortunately, though, there seems to be a minor issue in the same update that went live last week - where Item Cards aren't activating special effects during matches. Sega intends to deploy a fix for this early on next month and apologises if you've encountered this bug.
Apart from Sonic, the latest update also added Lidelle, Ms. Accord, and The Ocean Prince as playable characters, new music, and a "Boss Battle with everyone" online mode.
Have you experienced this issue yourself? Tried out Sonic yet? Leave a comment down below.

Why is Sonic throwing his severed head at an anime girl?
Is there anything Sonic touches that doesn't turn to trash?
But seriously though, how the hell does SEGA manage to screw up a game THIS simplistic?!
Doesn't Sonic have any other nicknames than the "Blue Blur", which is used in almost every NL article about him? It sounds so lame. Lol! 😋
I'm interested in this game, but have to finish the first one before getting it.
@Silly_G You wouldn't think it said MINOR issue in title with your over reaction
You're way too way obvious, way too obvious buddy lol
@Silly_G Lol yeah it's like Sonic has the reverse Midas Touch,
@Noid Maybe that's why he's the only blue hedgehog. There were others, but then Sonic decapitated them.
@Silly_G Blame Sonic Team, they're the ones who made it.
As bugs go, this isn't as huge of a deal. No idea why they are taking a few weeks to fix something as small as this though. Maybe it's part of a balance patch as well?
