Arguably the biggest and best announcement of last month's Nintendo Direct Mini: Partners Showcase was when we found out Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer would be receiving brand new content in the form of three DLC packs.
The first pack was released on the same day, and now Nintendo has reminded us that the Melody Pack is also available. It adds 39 songs to the game! Here's the full rundown from the press release:
This fresh DLC features 39 newly added songs and remixes for you to move and groove to, and these tracks can be changed at any time as you venture through Hyrule. Join Link, Zelda and an assortment of quirky characters as you adventure to the beat of newly added songs while exploring procedurally generated dungeons and a lively randomized overworld.
The Melody Pack is available individually for $5.99 or can be obtained by purchasing the season pass for $14.99 (or your regional equivalent). The third pack containing additional story content is due to arrive before the end of October.
Will you be trying out the new DLC pack that's just been released in Cadence of Hyrule? Leave a comment down below.

I totally forgot about this and now need it in my life.
Loving this game, it was one of my favorites of last year, and I didn't even get to dungeon mode until this year.
Dungeon Mode is like Zelda in the Crypt world (instead of Crypt in the Zelda world). There's seriously 2 games in this game, and that was before they added the Octavio's Ode (which is like another story mode).
I'm a big fan of this game, picked up the season pass and have played a ton...and will for sure play a ton more - WELL worth the money.
But impatient to join in on this one, but I want the physical version
So lemme try to understand, they're not "new tracks" in the sense that they're new originals, but new to Cadence? The remixes are of ones that are already in the game?
Familyjules7x, hell yes!
@nessisonett You and me both! A good game just got better!
This is probably the last game I would've expected that would've gotten DLC, but hey I'm not complaining.
Still kinda upset Jake Kaufman didn't get to have a part in this like in CotN, but I'm definitely happy with the artists that did! I loved the different versions of CotN's soundtrack, and A_Rival's was my favorite out of all of them!
It's strange that they never reminded us of this DLC's release date in today's Direct... as if Nintendo and their partners suddenly decided to shadow-drop EVERYTHING.
Still waiting for the additional save slots.
And no, I won't start a second save in a new profile since the achievements won't carry over.
I think I'd be willing to pay $5.99 for a collection of 39 songs remixed from Zelda. Might as well add in a video game to play while you listen
@DockEllisD Yeah the physical card has all 3 DLC packs
Listening to the new tracks on YouTube, it seems they're almost exclusively metal or dubstep. I was definitely sold on this DLC before, but those really aren't my genres. I'll wait for a discount, personally.
Hoping DLC #3 contains some new environments and enemies!
@asaprowen96 the tracks in Cadence of Hyrule are all remixes of classic Zelda songs and they are absolutely brilliant. Honestly any Zelda fan needs to check them out. I assume these new tracks are remixes of other Zelda songs but I might be wrong. Any I’m sure they will be awesome so I’m in.
I was waiting for a sale to get this, but since the announcement of the physical version I'm holding out for that. Looking forward to it, heard good things.
