If the thought of having regular Animal Crossing images beamed into your eyeballs on a daily basis sounds like a dream come true, you'll be pleased to hear that Nintendo has started its very own official New Horizons Instagram account.
Popping up just hours ago, the new account promises to "introduce island residents and their everyday life". At the time of writing, it's shared just a single post and has already gobbled up almost 85,000 followers.
The official Animal Crossing Twitter accounts can be pretty entertaining at times, especially thanks to the fact that they're 'operated' by characters from the game, so hopefully this new social media endeavour will prove to be just as fun. Of course, things did go slightly sour on Twitter recently, with fans having mixed reactions to Isabelle taking over the account from Tom Nook.

Seems to be hard to find via search box alone (for now) but I'm following them now. Thanks for the heads-up
Can't wait to hear about Isabelle's tv habits!
Happy birthday my favourite neighbour.
Lego NES coming (maybe). 😲

Good marketing. But I still hate social media and have no interest in Instagram.
This is really cute but I hope that won’t be the only use for the twitter account
@Entrr_username,
She will tell you about the movie she has seen a million times, but never sees the twist coming, I do feel like she has told me this a million times.
Now maybe the Switch could include Instagram as a sharing option? You know, Instagram being Facebook property and all that. Or an even crazier idea: via the Switch app? So that we don't have to post-save-delete them anymore?
Instagram was a great temporary replacement for Miiverse, but unfortunately, the Switch doesn’t support it.
Wouldn't it be easier just to make a post about the game on your social media account? But perhaps you are afraid that your account is not popular enough. In that case, you can artificially increase the number of your followers and likes. For example, platforms like https://megafamous.com/free-trial offer such services. Personally, I am not that influential. Nevertheless, I have used this service once, just for fun. Anyway, I was just giving you my advice. At the end of the day, it's up to you to decide how to promote the game.
It's exciting to see Nintendo officially join Instagram with an account dedicated to Animal Crossing — a smart move considering how visually rich and community-driven the game is. The platform is perfect for showcasing custom designs, seasonal updates, and fan creations.
Speaking of Instagram, if you're looking to grow your own audience or promote gaming-related content more effectively, I recently came across a helpful resource. This website offers organic Instagram promotion tailored to your niche and could be a game-changer for content creators and gaming fans alike.
