Earlier this week, Bandai Namco revealed that My Hero One's Justice 2 is headed to Nintendo Switch, and now we can get our first proper look at the game in action thanks to this new (and very loud) gameplay trailer.
A sequel to last year's My Hero One's Justice, this new release is said to be "bigger, badder, and quirkier". It is once again based on the hit anime series, having heroes face off against villains in the ultimate test of righteousness. Here's some PR:
"Play through the anime and experience memorable fights and relive iconic scenes. Pick up after the finish of MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE and see what happens to Deku and the class at U.A. High School as you fight to build your PLUS ULTRA meter and pull off special combos to best your foes, with all new powers and Quirks.
The cast from MY HERO ONE’S JUSTICE are back and joined by a host of newly added characters from the series, including Overhaul, Tamaki Amajiki, Nejire Hado, Mirio Togata, Mina Ashido and Minoru Mineta."
There's no set release date for this one yet, but expect it to blast its way onto Switch in 2020.

Looks like more of the same, but I'm kinda okay with that. I hope they refine the gameplay a little more and make the destructible environments look a bit more realistic.
Never played the first, but recently binged the serie and the gameplay looks fun, I'll definitely keep an eye on this.
Gotta love how on time Bandai Namco is however, seems like this game will cover the events of the 4th season and will come out exactly during or just right after it.
i would like more characters added than just 6...
@Travisemo007 They're planning on it; a buddy of mine got a picture of the character roster, and there's twelve additional empty slots on the select screen.
So, in total, we're getting 18 new characters.
Same thing I said about the first one, just another anime brawler! We've had plenty of these before and they're never really anything special.
I wish they followed the Fairy Tail/SAO route and made an RPG/Action RPG out of it.
Looks good...will there at least be an option for English dub this time around?
I'm hoping this will be as good as Bloody Roar was (which hit the same buttons for me as OG Killer instinct did) , it looks promising though..
@Heavyarms55 an action rpg of My Hero Academia would have so much more potential than a brawler. It would also be interesting to see what PlatinumGames could do with the IP
Ok it has Mineta, by far the best character in My Hero Academia. This already won game of the year for his inclusion.
Ok! I am going to state it here and NOW! The only game I am interested in is Puzzle and Dragons Gold! I am only staying on my GBA! I will not play on anything else but my new system. I don't care if your game is Canadian, but I will not play on my phone! I really hate playing on my phone because it's mainly for my communication between my cousins and family and some friends. Today I found out that Marvel Realm of Champions is coming to iOS and Android but I don't want to play it unless it comes on Nintendo Switch. I have a Marvel game I really enjoy on it and I will not play on my phone just because it's made in Vancouver! I really hate it playing on my phone. I will not play unless it comes to Nintendo Switch!
@TheWahfatha Nice!. and i disagree with everyone else saying its just another anime brawler. unlike the other brawlers, i feel this ones mechanics play pretty well. i enjoyed the first one justice alot duking it out with my friend. The only gripes i had about it, was a dub wouldve been nice, and the comic campaign didnt really do it for me, was kinda hoping for a CG story playout like most one player cg anime campiagns these days. i actually stopped the story mode as soon as it started cuz it was taking so dam long comic stip wise before it showed anything.
