To celebrate the first year of Dragalia Lost on mobile, Cygames announced Capcom's Mega Man will be coming to the game.
This information was revealed towards the end of the recent Dragalia Lost anniversary presentation. According to the director, Yuji Okada, the Mega Man: Chaos Protocol event "featuring Mega Man" will arrive this Winter. Okada will share more information about this special event on 1st October.

Tried to like the game but it just gets boring pretty fast. Hard to keep me going.
Definitely not the kind of game to expect Mega Man of all characters to make a guest appearance.
I got bored of the game after the first day, honestly. And none of the summons felt worth the effort. Better games to spend your time and money on out there, honestly.
The DL community is extremely excited with the anniversary updates, not just because of the upcoming Megaman collab but also the free summons and resources we’ll be getting at the next reset, some massive QoL changes In today’s update and upcoming content with more challenging bosses and modes.
The game has improved so much in its first year and it’s very unfair to judge it based on day 1 impressions now.
I was hoping for some pictures showing what Megaman looks like in this art style
They’ve done a ton to upgrade the game since day one, I dropped around new year’s, then picked up again in April for the FEH collab and haven’t been able to stop since.
Also haven’t spent a cent since picking back up and I’m still able to keep up with the current endgame content despite my break. Very generous game. I always thought it was because of Nintendo’s influence but seeing Mario Kart and Dr Mario I wonder if it’s because of Cygames instead

Dragalia Lost has seriously improved a lot over the past year. Even if you tried it out in the past and didn't like it, I'd urge you to give it a second shot, and this is the perfect time to do it with all of the freebies during the event.
@ThatNyteDaez the game wasn’t that good on the first day. They’ve added so much content, tweaked gameplay, and chucked in so many Quality of Life updates since then it’s like a completely different game. I wouldn’t suggest basing it on that first impression.
It sure has improved over the months leading to this point. It is my most played game on my smart device (day one player). Mega man is nice but everything else got me super pumped, especially all the free summons and QoL which have spoiled me (and likely others) from other Gacha games.
I hope games like Pokemon Masters can improve in a similar type of manner over the next few months.
This game is getting better, but it would be nice to buy the characters that you want and summon the rest.
That’s cool and all I mean I am mainly a fan of the Mega Man Battle Network games and I hope this leads to a release on the Switch
