Tomorrow, Forever Entertainment is bringing indie developer Desert Fox's point-and-click adventure Bad Dream: Coma to Nintendo Switch, and it all looks pretty creepy.
The game has been designed in such a way that, while all of your in-game decisions are essential, none of them are obvious. As you progress through its sinister world, you'll come up against a variety of locations and creatures in a "dark, sad, and disturbing world" - your goal is to find a way to erase them from your memory to turn this nightmare into a peaceful sleep.
The official description for this one states that when you beat the game once, you'll then be curious to see how you could end things differently. Adding to that, but in a much more terrifying tone, information taken from the game trailer's description says that "everything depends on your actions. You can't die but you can suffer greatly..." Lovely.
FEATURES:
- a highly atmospheric world created with simple yet beautiful graphic design, and carefully selected sounds
- non-linear gameplay with high replayability
- hidden content for curious players
- original soundtrack
The game launched on Steam back in 2017 and has received "very positive" reviews from users; the Switch version will be available from tomorrow for £8.99 / $9.99.

looks intriguing, might see how this reviews first
"You can't die but you can suffer greatly."
ah, yes. reminds me of those halcyon days of being hospitalized.
sounds like a really fun video game.
Not a big fan of the art style. I mean, were they out of crayons at the office or something?
You can find various freeware Bad Dream prequels at Gamejolt. They'll give you a good insight into what you can expect from this entry, although this is waaay longer and with more branching options.
I played this one on PC and if you'll like the Gamejolt entries, you'll love this one.
The Burtonian visuals are this game's saving grace, art style-wise.
Otherwise... well, let's just say that a few more frames in the wounded crow's fall could have pulled off the disturbing effect the trailer wanted to give, rather than the chuckle I let out.
Looks like it would be fun to play with a PC and mouse and tedious with a Switch.
This flew under my radar completely, my kid bought it with some of the gold coins we saved up. Now it has my attention. Can't wait to try it out when she's done playing for a bit.
