While our chums in Japan and North America are already hard at work(play) building all manner of cardboard creations, we in the UK and the EU have to wait until Friday to get our hands on Nintendo Labo in all its glory (and that includes the team here at Nintendo Life).
If you were thinking about pre-ordering your own kit, and want it to arrive in time for launch day, you'll need to place your order by 9pm GMT via the official Nintendo Store. You can currently pre-order the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 01: Variety Kit, the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 02: Robot Kit or the extra Nintendo Labo Customisation Set. Check out the links below if you're ready to put down some dosh.

I dont get paid until Friday, so it'll be a trip to the one Argos nearby (That isn't 20 miles away or a GAME...also 20 miles away) to try and nab it.
That robot kit is a Wii Fit in disguise. People were made to do exercise without knowing it. Stand, sketch out your arms, kneel down, stand up, stretch, etc. It's another Nintendo trick.
@Nincompoop
So, do you want to try Robot kit ?
What happened to the amazon affiliate links NL? Have you two had a domestic?
I'm getting mine from other stores. Thanks to a string of very good luck, I'll be getting both kits now for £91.00
I'm on a boat. All the cardboard will turn to mush lol
Meh, tell someone who cares about cardboard
Yeah I'll wait until the price of this goes down. I don't plan to pay this much to play with cardboard.
If you preorder you’ll get it late from Nintendo uk. Just go in to any games store or Amazon uk. Always quicker than official Nintendo uk site
@1UP_MARIO I honestly believe this is just a matter of where you live and the Postal service used. Amazon have consistently failed to meet the launch day window for pre-orders I've placed and I, as a consequence, have lost a lot of my faith in them when it comes to pre-orders. Whereas the official Nintendo store usually gives me prompt and on-time delivery, including pre-orders.
@N64SNESU “stupid thing”? Let me guess - you’re one of the people who still things Labo is just folding cardboard pieces into a limited amount of toy creations?
@Findonovan95 well yes it’s where you live. However Nintendo uk uses dpd and they always late in the evening. However amazon deliver in the morning, it also helps I have a amazon delivery depot near by.
What if I decide to burn an ISO, thanks to hackers and make my own Labo cardboard?
Don't bother unless you have kids, or you realllllly enjoy JUST the building part. The "post game" content, being the actual video game part itself, is pretty shallow in what I've experienced (IMO as a kid I would have felt let down). Typical Nintendo, excitingly clever as hell, but failing to seal the deal when all is said and done.
Is this article code for 'Nintendo have asked us to push Labo pre-orders because numbers are low'? Hope not. But I'm not getting it yet.
@N64SNESU,
Don't feed this troll.
@Dang69 The post game content would be all the programming and creating custom creations. It seems like that’s actually where Labo shines the most.
Random Englishman: So, you’re a Nintendo Fan are you Dave? I don’t know mate, looks kinda like it’s for children to me.
Dave: No gaffer it’s not JUST for children. There’s plenty for adults like us to play I’m telling you, you should get one. Now do you mind if I clock off early, I want to go to Argos and buy some Nintendo cardboard play toys where I can build a super duper robot and a piano and a fishing rope...
@imgrowinglegs well if i see some cool stuff online from groups online using that - i'll just off my game card, otherwise ZzzzzzZZZzzzz
