It's been a long time since the dark future of the 41st millennium has graced a Nintendo console, but that could be about to change if a recent listing for Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch - Enhanced Edition proves to be a real thing and not some elaborate prank.

The turn-based strategy title, much like Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command on DS before it, tasks you with controlling an elite group of space marines (genetically enhanced super soldiers if you've never ventured into a Games Workshop) as they take on waves of Tyranids (xenomorph-esque aliens) on the edge of charted space. The Enhanced Edition, which is already available on other platforms, includes new marines from other chapters, enhanced lighting effects and more.

According to the listing on ozgameshop.com (a retailer registered in the UK), the game will cost $36.99 and will purportedly arrive on 21st September. Of course, a presumably premature listings page shouldn't be taken as red until the developer or publisher makes it official. But if it is, we're all for the chance to crush that xeno scum in portable mode!
