A host of seasonable rewards have just gone live on the European My Nintendo site, with a focus on Wii U and 3DS titles.
On Wii U, we've got the following offers:

- Wii Party U - 30 percent off (£13.99 / €17.49)
- Nintendo Land - 20 percent off (£15.99 / €19.99)
- The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap - 30 percent off (£4.40 / €4.89)
- Golden Sun - 50 percent off (£3.14 / €3.49)
- Golden Sun: The Lost Age - 50 percent off (£3.14 / €3.49)
On 3DS, we have:
- Paper Mario: Sticker Star - 30 percent off (£11.19 / €13.99)
On Wii U and 3DS, we have:
- Zelda II: The Adventure of Link - 30 percent off (£3.14 / €3.49)
- Wrecking Crew - 50 percent off (£1.79 / €2.49)
Sadly, there are no Switch discounts to speak of.
Will you be picked any of these up now they're on offer? Let us know with a comment.

Wait, when did GBA Virtual Console on 3DS happen?
@kupocake Yeah, what?
How many coins do they cost? I'm losing over 100 gold coins this month. :/
Has to be incorrect...
I've just looked, Minish Cap and Golden Sun are Wii U only.
@kupocake It did not. It is still only for the WiiU, sadly.
Yup very little for 3DS here in actual fact. Doesn't feel right spending money on the Wii U now
I simply cannot understand why American/European Switch rewards are non-existent. It's been out for a year!
Apologies for the listing error (and getting your hopes up) - this is now fixed
Mario Tennis Ultra Smash should be £15 max.
It has to be possible to spend points earned with Switch games on Switch rewards. The Switch nearly has his first anniversary which means that these point will expire. That is ridiculous!! Come on Nintendo!
For those that want switch discounts from my Nintendo. There coming but they will be
10% discount for legend of Zelda breath of the wild for 200 gold coins
10% discount on mario kart 8 deluxe for 150 gold coins
20% discount on snipperclips for 500 platinum coins
15% discount on splatoon 2 for 800 platinum coins.
Do we really want these rewards.
I reckon we'll see a big Switch update either on the anniversary of the full reveal in January or the launch in March that'll get My Nintendo to actually be useful for the Switch. Themes and discounts have to be coming soon
@JohnnyC it should be but it's a digital copy.
I bought my physical copy for 15 pounds
I am usually a huge Nintendo forgiver / apologist... But the state of all these rewards, and that fact that more specifically there is nothing available for Switch is utterly disgraceful. I apparently have some due to expire yet have nothing to spend them on and never had.
@1UP_MARIO No, I want to spend my points on something like a month online subscription for example or something for VC (if this will be launched soon).
These are just completely useless discounts, as the people who wanted these games would have bought them at the time.
NINTENDO PLEASE SORT THIS REWARDS SYSTEM OUT!
Switch owners Shafted once again..... Typical Nintendo
Already got them all except Wii Party U, so yeah, no thanks
@Snadertjuh I would love that but doubt it will happen. Best we can hope is small discounts on indie games for our gold coins
@Marios-love-child To be honest, they're shafting Wii U and 3DS owners too with these lame discounts.
We have mario kart 8 deluxe for the switch but there giving you dlc 1 + 2 for 160 gold points for Wii u.
@1UP_MARIO The thing is, if they wanted to give such small discounts for Switch owners as well, they could have done so already.
Because of that, I still remain hopeful that Switch rewards will be a bit different at least.
Pathetic, as usual.
Also, I think you mean "seasonal".
Wow, they really want us to play Sticker Star.
I'm sorry, but I'll... stick to Paper Jam.
@SanderEvers That is what I am thinking as well.
It would just make sense.
I could also see them implementing something similar to microtransactions, just with coins instead of real money.
They have a system on Switch which makes it possible to give ingame stuff to players after all and I kinda doubt they will only use it for some Zelda tips, like they have been doing until now.
@Kirgo it just makes too much sense. I don't think Nintendo will do this tho, it just makes too much sense
This rewards program just pisses me off. Seriously how it that Nintendo hasn't fixed this already. I have 760 gold coins and 240 expire this month and I have nothing to spend them on.
Nintendo come on already and fix this damn thing.
Let's be honest, nobody's a winner here.....
.....sees Golden Sun, I might be tempted. And if I do buy them, can they like all my other VC games be eventually transferred over to Switch? Nintendo are so forthcoming with answers.
Gotta love those Switch rewards.
Also, "Sadly, there are now Switch discounts to speak of."
Freudian slip?
It's not even that there's no Switch rewards, it's also that the Wii U and 3DS rewards are so poor. They could be really generous to long-serving/suffering fans but no.
TBH I don't even know how many coins I have. Don't care.
People saying how Switch users lose out with MyNintendo, lets be honest, everyone loses with MyNintendo.
Nintendo coin is just like Bitcoin, you can accumulate them but it's difficult to spend them.
@1UP_MARIO Sad as it is ... the answer is yes. I for one have hundreds of coins and a bunch of Switch games, I have yet to buy, incl. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for example, which I refuse to buy at full price, as I already own 90% of the content on WiiU, which is still a perfectly fine way to play the basically same game. I do want that Battlemode though, but again not at full price. I also have yet to purchase Splatoon 2 and Mario Odyssey, as well as Snippperclipps. I tried those games, and I like them and intend to buy them, but right now I barely have time to keep up with the games I already have - esp. the extremely lengthy ones such as BotW+DLC and Xenoblade - so none of these great games were a priority. Hence any discount would be more than welcome, even if it were a measley 15% or something like that.
Just to clarify my point, I'm only interested in the digital versions of said games. The only game in the last couple of years I bought physical was BotW, and that is probably going to stay in that cartridge slot for the whole life-span of the Switch (just as Tearaway is permanently tucked into my Vita slot, as the only physical Vita game I own, as it came with the console ^^).
Having just reaquired a Wii U I'm still disappointed by these, I wouldn't mind downloading some of these but the likes of Nintendoland are available for less then half of that sale price. Nintendo really should start to look at Sony for how to do sales especially for a console who's owners really should be rewarded for supporting Nintendo through some tricky times
@carlos82 enjoy man. Great console with great library. I still pick up games as their a lot cheaper now
As someone who is going strictly digital with my Seitch, I wish they’d start offering some rewards already. On a side note, I’d love a port of Mario tennis. No motion controller so I’d think it would be a quick & easy one.
@1UP_MARIO I am, I did get one at launch but traded it in after Mario 3D World (which I've also got back) for some reason that I can't remember. I will say that the console is even better then I remember and there are quite a few great games I'm yet to play not to mention the added Wii games on the eshop. One final thought is that I actually play the Wii U in an almost identical manner to my Switch, yet the Wii U has the added advantage of a second screen
@starfox007 Probably happening when their subscription thing starts, I can see them giving us Coins and/or even exclusive discounts for being a subscriber.
I'll take that Lost Age thank you.
@Supadav03 Joycons have some motion control.
@carlos82 I do too. I'm sure we're the majority especially in the uk
Guess I'll take Wrecking Crew for 3DS... why not?
My Gold Points will probably expire before I can ever use them... maybe that's what Nintendo is waiting for?
@Damo: "Sadly, there are now Switch discounts to speak of."
Wait, wouldn't that be good news?
Thanks, but no thanks.
@Angelic_Lapras_King I meant the game, Mario Tennis, has no motion controls. If I remember correctly it was traditional buttons and d-pads/analog sticks only.
@1UP_MARIO anything is better than "coming soon" for about a year...
@okeribok I agree it is but would you buy games you already own again on a small discount
It boggles my mind that we have nothing for the Switch yet. I mean, the program is built into the system and we have had NOTHING for the Switch on it. I know they are probably saving it for the "full online service" but it is still ridiculous.
@1UP_MARIO maybe. If I wanted to go from physical to digital. But I am hoping for discounts on dlc...
So far these rewards have been pretty awful
I want to see a return of points for eShop credits. Sure the exchange rates weren’t the best but at least you could spend it on stuff you wanted.
Ah Nintendo. You never fail to show me just how wack your priorities really are.
