The Pokémon Generations series keeps on going, and continues to draw impressive audiences on YouTube. The latest episode - The Magma Stone - is now live for your viewing pleasure.
This time an erupting volcano is a bit of a problem, as is the constant use of the word 'Dude' - in any case, it's another stylish and entertaining episode.
We still have another 6 weeks or so of episodes to come - it seems that these short animations have been very well received by Pokémon fans, too.
Let us know what you think of this episode in the comments.

Well they got the annoying character spot on from what I recall.
That was a totally crazy episode dude!
My dude Croagunk put heatran in his place dude!
That dude Looker punked that old dude righteously!
@DiscoGentleman *High Five
@Decapre I know Dude.
Dude, that episode was smokin' good!
"You need to be quiet."
That was the best moment of Pokémon Generations so far.
Anyone notice that this episode's Looker looks different from the one in the second episode? Did they change art styles, make him older or what?
@penamiguel92 I think Looker is a title, like James Bond.
Loved it! I think they were pretty spot-on with Buck's voice acting.
@penamiguel92 Maybe he got a hair cut?
@penamiguel92 Dunno, I thought that, too. He's supposed to be about the same age as in Gold and Silver, so... I call haircut.
I loved this one too, but...
Haven't every episode since Visions (where Courtney foresees Maxie meeting with Groudon) been pretty much the same, albeit with a different legendary and villainous team? (with exception of the Deoxys and Haunted Manor episode)
Also, is it me, or did they play a quick tune very much alike the Avengers Theme when Looker first appears?
He does have a much shorter hair, but his face looks the same "older" to me. I have no idea about the passage of time between HGSS and PDPt, but on XY he does mention his old pokémon pal is no longer with him, to which I assume some time has passed. Then again, he has been pursuing Giovanni ever since FRLG on these, so I would expect a "don't take it too seriously".
Frickin' sharks that fire frickin' laser beams from their frickin' heads is as original an idea for a new mon as anything they've come up with since Gen 3. License to print money, right here.
@penamiguel92 My guess is they're trying to imply a substantial timelapse between his first appearance in Kanto and now.
It's interesting that he has some actual Pokemon now...I can't say I recall him using any before (though I haven't seen him in every single anime appearance).
@penamiguel92 That might be done to differentiate times.
Some Pkmn are supposed to stand a few years apart but some are more or less simulatenous events.
@jpfan1989 From what I recall, James Bond is a name and not a title. The only movie to use it as a title was a non-canon one.
@penamiguel92 Style difference. He had a different hairstyle in DPPt than BW or ORAS, and RGBY/FRLG takes place at the same time as RSE/ORAS. Ofc it doesn't explain why he had his BW-hairstyle in Episode 5 (only 2) since GSC/HGSS takes place at the same time as DPPt.
@Jayronauron Croagunk was actually the 1 Pokemon he used in the games and it was at the point in Platinum this episode's based off that he used it. Any others in this series made their debut here
@Shire
Here here, dude.
Yay! Heatran is my favourite Generation 4 Pokémon! I was worried that this series would skip over thon!
