It's been another whirlwind week in the world of Nintendo, and in order to help you digest all that's been occurring, we have once more condensed all the week's goodness into a single creamy video for your viewing pleasure.
This week we look at a new Nintendo patent recently made public, Ubisoft's unusual reaction to the rumours surrounding Beyond Good & Evil 2 on the NX, the eventual closure of Mario Kart TV's web service, and the regular roundup of releases and reviews.

Not a big news week.
That's ok, with Fire Emblem Fates it's now a huge gaming week, every week. I feel bad cause I wanna play more of Ori & the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition and Zelda Twilight Princess HD, but this Fire Emblem game just won't let me go!
let's start the rumor that bayonetta 3's being developed and let's see if platinum tries having it removed.
btw probably too late to be included in the video but according to the email from them, there are nintendo selects in the nintendo north american ESHOP. a development that deserves caps.
Nintendogs NX? Lol
Please, no more gimmicks. Give us an actual gaming machine.
@Dakt Yeah we already knew that
@Dakt I see you comment this same thing on seriously every article from NL I look at.
It seriously astounds me Alex himself hasn't responded in one way or another yet.
@rushiosan It's a shame you don't like the gamepad.
I'm going to miss it when they stop making Wii U games. Hopefully they'll continue to support at least VC and indie games on it for a while longer.
Most people really like the gamepad once they give it a try, what games did it ruin for you, rushiosan?
Please please please say Mario properly
@rushiosan You sound like someone who doesn't actually have a Wii U.
Regardless I think the Gamepad is the best controller ever made. I hope Nintendo have the grace to make it NX compatible. Shouldn't be difficult.
@Action51 He doesn't have a Wii U.
@Dakt Nah keep doing your thing. I wasn't complaining. I'm sure Alex will eventually come up some clever response to you. I'm waiting for it XD.
@rushiosan Buy a Wii U, play it for a while, experience the great games that use the gamepad, and then come back and we'll talk about how it's not a gaming machine. It's not fair to compare Nintendo to Sony or Microsoft. Nintendo does things differently, and are good in different ways. This comes from somebody who has a PS4 and plays it regularly.
