It's a fairly well known fact that Masahiro Sakurai – the creator of the Super Smash Bros. series - is a regular contributor to the Japanese magazine, Famitsu. His columns typically detail his opinions on topics relevant to the broader industry, specific games, or some aspect of the Smash series. Surprisingly enough, he's been doing these columns for nearly thirteen years, and next week will mark his 500th column.
As a bit of a celebration for the impressive landmark, Sakurai will be holding a livestream event that's set to air on the 10th of March. Prior to this, Sakurai will be explaining the details in his next column, and there'll be a chance for fans to submit questions that he'll answer when the stream goes live. Assumedly, the event itself will be in Japanese, but there'll probably be some interesting stuff mentioned that'll be revealed a little after by translations.
What do you think? What would you like to ask Sakurai? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

"How do you look so young?”
That"s something I've been wanting to know for a couple of years.
@Freeon-Leon In all seriousness, I kinda hope someone asks this. I think the man has to be a vampire, there's no other explanation.
@Freeon-Leon he found life's cheat code, methinks.
@Jamotello I wonder if it's up up down down left right left right B A?
Please tease me with Kid Icarus 4!
I hope the questions end up being more than just the generic "Why isn't Inklings/King K Rool/Wolf/Shovel Knight/etc. in Smash?" type.
@Freeon-Leon I think he found Ash's secret to staying 10 for so long, and has managed to stay in his 20's up until now.
This could be good if he's picking questions submitted before the stream, but if he tries choosing comments in chat, he'll have to filter out all the people who are still butthur-- I mean... disappointed about the final Smash Bros roster.
Tell him about why Daisy is still represented as a Peach colour, even after Rosalina got in!
@Tsurii That's one of the reasons why I wanted her in...
My question would be why couldn't we get Chrom in Smash even though he answered it.
I somehow get the feeling that he's not gonna like Nintendo's policies and soon, he'd betray Nintendo and just focus on Kickstarter.
I don't know. I just like Miyamoto-San way of making games than Sakurai-San. I don't see how he is praised more than Miyamoto-san simply because the latter did bigger things than what this guy did when forming his own studio which only has one employee there which is Masahiro Sakurai himself.
I feel that there should be a book dedicated to all 500 of Sakurai's columns, it would probably be a very interesting read.
@allav866 "WHERE THE HELL IS GOKU!?"
I had to to a double-take because I'm sleepy and I accidentally read the headline as "Masahiro Sakurai's 500th Birthday is Coming Up" and I was just like... "...wait, that can't be right..."
@memoryman3 I can already imagine thousands of players getting banned online for idling and spamming whatever taunt makes her say "Hi, I'm Daisy!!!"
I would like to ask him what his favorite of his games he made is.
And I hope it's Kirby Air Ride.
I'd just ask him, "Is there any possibility of getting a sequel to Kirby Air Ride that expands on City Trial?" and "Why didn't Smash Run allow for the players to see each other and interact with each other during the first phase? Was it a design choice, or technical limitations?"
@Freeon-Leon By drinking the tears of Rdley fans, I've always assumed.
People should ask him for his reasoning of not adding Wolf to the game (as a playable fighter : P), surely there must be a reason.....
.....I'm going to ask him his reasoning for not adding Fred Rechid to the game as a playable fighter!
(Thankfully, I have a revved up mii fighter of him ;3 )
@Aeruon Yeah, Meteos is really good, it's one of my favorite DS games, and it just oozes Melee. Everyone should have a copy.
I'd ask him when he's gonna take that vacation.
@SheldonRandoms He was probably low priority .
It's why he was Daisified this time around, being nothing but Fox's 8th colour...
Perhaps if you guys took time to visit Source Gaming, then you will know more about the maker behind smash and kirby.

Anyways, I would like to know from the creator how he feels about unofficial smash games being made by fans to celebrate the series, even after the founders are long gone.
