The amiibo range keeps growing, and the Nintendo Official UK Store has now opened pre-orders on the next batch of figures due in the country on 29th January.
This batch includes what could turn into one of the more popular recent arrivals, Lucas. In addition there are the next four Animal Crossing amiibo, in this case Kicks, Resetti, Celeste and Blathers. All are limited to one-per-customer and priced at £10.99 on the official store with pre-orders now open.
Amazon UK is offering the same price on the Animal Crossing amiibo, but not Lucas. GAME is offering pre-orders that include Lucas, though the figures cost £14.99 with that retailer.
Are you planning to pre-order any of these?

Good to see some Amiibo again, I feel like the AC set hasn't sold well as the price is pretty low everywhere.
It's also good that the official Nintendo store has the £10.99 prices once again instead of increasing the RRP like they did with Shovel Knight.
GAME need a big look at themselves, charging £4 more and traditionally have mucked up so often, why do people bother with them?
"Lucas and the Next Wave of Animals"
Lo and behold, we have the next hit band!
Ordered Kicks one of the coolest looking villagers in my opinion
I will buy the vinyl version
Am desperate to get Lucas. I hope we don't have any supply issues again. Are there any figures that still have issues??
Every Amiibo display I see is absolutely packed with the Animal Crossing figures. Nintendo is making so many of them, and NOBODY wants them. I hope they get the message.
@bluemage1989 No. Some you may need to shop around a little but everyone has been in great supply since the restocks started.
Rosalina may be a little hard to come by, as are Greninja and Jiggly at the moment, but that will change soon no doubt.
If I cared for Amiibo Festival (or even amiibos in general), then I would definitely get that Resetti one. It's absolutely hilarious.
Why even make an AC line when they have more popular, better series to make from. Just release a Zelda line, or another Samus, or even Fire Emblem lords, since they aren't just NPC's.
every single amiibo should add something to every single first/second party nintendo game. in the last nindirect for smash, there were splatoon lookalike mii fighters that you could get with a qr code. that really should've been done with amiibo, tho' i do like that it was free. any animal crossing amiibo used in 3d world should have that critter running around the levels. every ac amiibo used in woolly world should show up in yarn form. every ac amiibo used in wii fit u should be an optional replacement for the trainer. it goes on and on and on.
I've pre-ordered them. My fiance likes the animal crossing ones and I want Lucas, so we're both happy
@bluemage1989 I'm not aware of any with supply issues with exception of maybe Wii Fit Trainer comes to mind. I was able to preorder Lucas here in the States, and he is still available now. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/nintendo-amiibo-figure-super-smash-bros-lucas/4784101.p?id=bb4784101
I'd like to order the animal crossing amiibo too, but I already bought all of those available so far and most have dropped in price since they released. Because of this I think I will hold off on picking up any more AC amiibo until they go on sale as it seems they should be in huge supply.
Oh no, Nintendo are really milking this game and toy collectors wallets. Shame gamers lose out on game quality.
@zool so you keep saying... at every single opportunity
@Fuz I wouldn't get your hopes up. They were released standalone in every country except the UK, because Nintendo UK wanted to force people to buy amiibo festival.
The Animal Crossing amiibo that are already available in the U.S. are on sale for $6 at Walmart's website. I'm going to be patient and see if the next wave follows suit. That Lucas will be mine ASAP though.
The delivery charge on the uk store stops me ordering from there, I don't always want to spend up to threshold for free delivery
@MJKOP nice to know you follow my posts.
@zool what can I say, I'm a fan...
Wake me up when Bayonetta is here.
@MJKOP
If they made a decent enough Animal Crossing game to compliment the Amiibo then maybe they would sell better. Instead Nintendo put out trash like AC:Amiibo Festival but it looks like the cheap trick isn't paying off, which to be honest I'm pleased about. Quality please Nintendo.
I said I don't need anymore amiibo but I NEED to have that Kicks one...
As per usual, I have preordered them all twice, but I have bought them from another retailer.
The Animal Crossing amiibo are cute but there's no way I'm gonna start collecting them. I'm a collector of the Smash ones and cherry pick other lines.
I have an incredibly random question... If I buy an Amiibo of a character I didn't buy as DLC, will he still show up in game?
@zool Agreed. I hope the new CEO turns Nintendo back into a gaming company
Having said that I have a feeling QoL has already gone the way of the dodo...
Mmm. Not interested in this wave.
Got email from good old Nintendo all ordered 😊
