My 3DS is so stable it is now the foundation of my house

I was just wondering when would we get more stability.

The Wii U on the other hand.....sigh

Prolly just another skeleton update to thwart hacker exploits...

@Bolt_Strike It really is just a game of cat and mouse, or cops and robbers. Hackers poke holes in the system; then Nintendo, Microsoft, whomever plugs them up. If you don't want your walls breached, sometimes you have to fortify your castle.

If only it would fix that problem where my New 3DS XL sometimes won't "wake up" from standby. That's a stability issue, right?

@DarthKirby64 My regular 3DS does that too. I have to hold the power button down to hard reset it.

Omg, as soon as I finished the update, the first thing I do is try and boot up a game and my 3DS froze!

Clearly, my 3DS can't handle so much stability. It won't let me update!

My internet connection died halfway through the update, it's been really unstable as of late. I should get a Nintendo router.

According to Serebii, this also fixes a crashing bug in Pokémon Rumble World.

@andyg1971 I prefer not to know because in the past, no EU download details on a Monday that's not a bank holiday has almost always meant a Nintendo Direct arriving before Thursday with something big VC related news coming.

@Grumblevolcano That certainly would be nice. Not sure what a big VC related news could be though considering they just started releasing 2 new systems on the wii u vc.

@ShanaUnite Yesterday was the 25th anniversary of the Fire Emblem series so possibly an English port of Binding Blade (Roy's game) along with Roy confirmed for Smash.

For all the guffaws, I really did end up with a system freeze, in Pokeymenz Ruble Whorld, no less! Froze the game, Home button did naught, so a hard restart was needed.

Ironic, then, that I need more stability to get more wobblies.

Just a public information, Media Markt in Germany has a new shipment of the New 3DS Majora's Mask. Bought mine last Saturday in the store nearby the City Center. =]

And people were already moaning about the customer service ethics of flashcard companies not releasing an update to work with 9.6. Ah, shame! But you wanted to use DLC on Smash? Well, how about, I don't know, you buy the game and the DLC legitimately? Damn shame it's soooo difficult going to site after site to find the pirated versions. Go on , Nintendo, "stabilise" their swashbuckling behinds off!

Oh well. It didn't stop me from having my game on Xenoblade 3D freeze up right after I killed a level 40 monster making me lose a few minutes of progress as well as that tough fight!

they changed the way tickets are process quires using SOAP instead HTTP
(a ticket is a unique key used decrypt a title (software) stored on a 3DS system)

DSP firmware was updated
home menu was updated
NFC software was updated 3DS not N3DS

I'm questioning how much stability was actually in those updates because they pushed through my family's 3 systems very very quickly. Usually it takes a little bit of time but these were done in seconds.

Then they are selling unestable systems and all last updates were fake to resolve this.

I hold my new 3ds xl weird so i sometimes end up turning it off. The update didn't fix that at all. But they did fix it so i could throw more money at nintendo for more mii powered annoyances.

First update I've downloaded on my New Nintendo 3DS, and it offers so much awesome things!

I wonder how much slower is my 3ds since 9.4 or previous verison.
Made that hole avaible again to play/use homebrew.
And as somebody said before its hardware hole and you did nothing.
Nothing becuse "new" got similar hole. At least made homebrew avaible again.
Who what to use illegal copies will use them.

my 3ds used to keep falling off my shelf when I wasn't using it. This update should hopefully fix that.
