It's the season of giving, and we can expect game companies to give us attractive image files of Christmas greetings; it's not quite a shiny new game wrapped in festive paper but, still, it's the best that's on offer. Capcom Unity's approach this year was to run a contest for its readers to design the company's official card, with the winner picking up a PS4.
The winner, below, is a whimsical take on a Monster Hunter Christmas by David Hankin.
It's rather charming, and we recommend checking out the full page to see the four runners-up, too. Capcom continues to plug the Monster Hunter franchise in the West with events, while fans are clearly still passionate about the series. Perhaps a New Year gift will be a localisation of Monster Hunter 4.
We like to dream.

I like the Animal Crossingesque feel to this winner! Nifty little image!
Come on Capcom, it would be awesome if on the 25th MH4 was announced for the West.
Seems odd that the winner would get a PS4, considering that there isn't presently any Monster Hunter on the system.
