At the end of May 505 Games announced it will be publishing a new IP in the form of How to Survive, a zombified survival action game. At the time it stated the downloadable release would be made available for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 but there is now evidence that it could be coming to Wii U as well.
The USK classification board has slapped in an entry for How to Survive on Wii U, with an age rating of 18. There's been no confirmation from 505 Games or the developer Eko Sofware but it looks like it has been considered and the third person survival title may yet come to Nintendo's system.
How to Survive throws players on an archipelago off the coast of Columbia and will have them forge weapons, locate vital supplies and of course survive hordes of infected locals.
One interesting aspect of this title is the multiplayer, where players can team up locally or online in both story and challenge mode to take on the infected together.

Sounds good. Let's hope online coop makes it in for the WiiU version! Would make for a good twin stick shooter.
Nice, looks Fallout-like?
I predict a 4/10 on the cards
@MadAussieBloke Depends on whether or not they can do it better than Dead Island...
@smashbrolink that's easy xD
Interesting. If they play their cards right this could make great use of Miiverse.
looks like a dungeon crawler with zombies
sounds like DayZ, I might actually pick this up!
MEAT!!
Sorry to nitpick but it is Colombia, not Columbia. This is no Bioshock Infinite, you know?
Def gotta try and pick it up if its an eshop title. The premise reminds me of Dead Island.
