WayForward is one of the most prolific producers of games for Nintendo handhelds, from licensed titles like Thor on DS to downloadable gems like Shantae: Risky's Revenge and Mighty Milky Way. The studio's founder and Tyrannical Overlord, Voldi Way, is set to speak at California's Westwood College on 25th June, and all for free.
The "3rd Annual Gathering of Video Game Legends & 5th Annual 2D Game Development Awards", to give it its full title, is a free event aiming to inform attendees about a career in the games industry from experienced professionals.
It's not just Tyrannical Overlords attending either: legendary Video Games Live creator and composer Tommy Tallarico will be there, as well as Ru Weerasuriya from Okami conversion team Ready at Dawn.
