Eternity's Child: The Lost Chapter (snappy title, eh?) showcases a gorgeous artstyle, with lovely hand drawn 2D visuals.
If you’re sufficiently interested, point your browser at the official Eternity’s Child website and follow the link at the bottom. Whoever said you never get something for nothing in this world?

Cool, this game looks really good.
Damn, Luc Bernhard rockz the house!
The game is sometimes a bit buggy, and the pre and postgame ads can be annoying, but hey, it's free!
Btw, there's an enemy near the end of teh first level who has a wide range, how do i beat it?
I'll have to download this soon, though I know next to nothing about phone types. Would this work on American phones?
While I'd love to download this, I can't figure out how to get the internet on my phone to work properly. I can access it, but pages don't load and it still costs me money for every page I try to access. = / This gives me an incentive to go down to the nearest phone store to find out why it doesn't work, though.
Luc Bernard, you are seriously awesome. If only other game companies were as generous as you...
Well the game needs to connect to the Internet everytime you start it up to update the ads. And looks like it stays connected afterwards (I'm not 100% positive on this, love to be proven wrong!)
I have no idea how it works to be honest, I don't think it stays connected to the internet, since it works on non internet phones, a friend of mine who does mobile games ported this canceled game for me and then we just put it up on gamejump which is the leader of free mobile games
@Luc Thanks for posting it for us. Its cool to see how the game changed and evolved like this. Is development for the wiiware version done? Can't wait...
Doesn't work on my phone...
Someone post a YouTube of the game if that can feasibly be done of a mobile game so I can at least experience this vicariously!
i wonder if this will workon my telus phone that i rarely use at all since i have no freinds lol. by the looks of it how much memory
god dang it can,t find it or am i suppose to go to the website directed to this game
nuts, my phone isn't compatible
My phone won't work with it =
well my is a 1.0 basic when i looked at the back of my phone. by the way can i put my cell phone games to a pc? cuz i might want to get a better telus phone maybe one of those touch screen ones then put the games i aready have on there.us thanks in advance
aw, doesn't work on my phone
the buggy video
Go to the site and go to more help, if you entered your phone type it will even tell you how to start the game!
Also, I didn't allow those games to connect, so they shouldn't...
I started EC:LC and tested my money, nothing drained through the ads, I guess those ads are downloaded together with the game, and if you click to go to sponsor, it connects.
Just downloaded the game, love the art direction but hate the controls, the one reason why i hate nearly every mobile phone game ever created. Hopefully EC will be awesome on Wiiware as all platformers are better with tight controls.
cool. I'm gonna download and play this right now.
Darn. My phone isn't compatible. Shame. This might've been the first cellphone game I would've downloaded (costs don't usually make other games worth it).
Grr, damn early model Samsung.
Aw Crap! It doesn't work with my cellphone!
Might work w/ my old phone though. It's gotta be somewhere around the house...
Edit: but I doubt it.
I'd like to see a poster of the artwork found in Eternity's Child. I just love that stuff.
Not all that free as it costs to download the ads and the game itself, only for it not to work anyway. Oh well never mind.
@ Draygone
Uh, you do know that you can download short demos of games that are either timed or just one level stuff, right? I have at least two games on my phone that I play 100% for free!
EDIT: I just tried to find my phone on the compatibility list but it only has model SCH-950 while mine is 930. For 950 it says it's incompatible so I'm guessing it's a no-go.
mmm my cellphone its not compatible
EC is now available on Steam for $4.49

Aww, my phone isn't compatible...
If you have expensive internet data costs, then the game becomes anything but free.
Damn, I realized that it really ahs to update ads after a day... daily.
Galdly that game isn't too long, so I could complete it on the second day as I had the time to play it.
The animations and the sounds are great, but it's abit buggy and it lags sometimes, but not too bad, since this game was actually canceled.
Now that I hooked my brother onto Eternity's Child with that free prequel I'll get him to join me on the Wiiware version's co-op
Yay, my phone's come back from the store (it broke and so i sent it back and it came back STILL broke, so I sent it back and it came back pink instead of blue AND the internet wasn't working, but now I finally got it back) - and I got a text just sent to me the other day from T-Mobile saying I've got free browsing for a wekk and a bit - which means I pay nothing at all to download the game (I get charged whilst things are downloading for internet usage normally)!
Right - I've downloaded it now and so I'll post some thoughts up once I've got through a fair bit of it.
Now if only I had Tetris back from my old phone...
