Mario Kart 64 to join Virtual Console in January

OK so the title is a little misleading! Mario Kart 64 will be joining the JAPANESE Virtual Console in January along with other classics such as Fire Emblem as confirmed by IGN here.

I'm not meaning to sound ungrateful Nintendo, I'm really not but don't you think you could announce some dates for when the US and UK regions will be getting some top titles like these. A few of us are still reeling from the disappointment of the New Years day Baseball/Urban Champion let down!

Kid Icarus and Sega's classic gain ground are also listed for the Japanese Wii this month. It's a good sign that some much loved classics will be coming our way soon (even if we don't know when!)
