Poison Canal Cannon Run - First Gem
Reach the platform with the two power switches on it and step on one each with each Toadette to grab the first gem.
Poison Canal Cannon Run - Second Gem
For the second gem, get onto the moving platform with a cherry and gem near it. Stick your Toadettes in single file when getting the gem, rather than trying to get both the gem and cherry at the same time. It's safer that way.
Poison Canal Cannon Run - Third Gem
Reach the end of the level with at least three Toadettes to get the third gem. Stand on the platform with a 3 on it to collect it.
Poison Canal Cannon Run - Extra Challenge: Clear Course With 4 Toadettes
Follow our gem walkthrough and be super careful to collect four Toadettes. Then carry on being careful to the end of the level – patience is key.

Reach the platform where you got the second gem and move it. Pixel Toad is hiding behind it.
