im looking for a good solid game for the wii.

Lengthy, zelda-inspired qust with beautiful graphics and equally impressive gameplay.

Sure! I can't right now, though.

okami 9.99999/10- the game suffers from the built up villian not being the final boss, but a great game regardless.
metroid prime 3 9/10- although i am one of the biggest metroid fans, the ending to this game was terrible, but a great game nonetheless
fire emblem: radiant dawn 10/10- a great game, partly in that you don't have to play the original (Path of Radiance) to understand the game's story
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams 10/10- a game i loved from start to finish, short, but great
SSB Brawl: 7/10- solid, but i end up playing SoulCalibur 4 more
De Blob: 8/10- good game, but can be annoying (i am stuck on a really annoying area)
Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity: 6/10- solid, i didn't care much for the story, but racing games are for multiplayer, which in this game, is fun with great tracks.
and lastly...
WarioWare: Smooth Moves: 10/10- great party game, IMO way better than Mario Party, but shy of Rayman, which, sadly, i do not own...

true, sadly...not to sound like im a complainer, but currently it is a pitt (overly silly f3 reference alert!!!) of trying to find the forum you want, fortunatly you can subscribe to topics and keep track of them, and theres the very convenient 'hot topics' section, which is how i found this

IMHO, people worry too much about game recommendation threads. If you aren't interested, ignore the thread. I give the TC massive credit for using a clear, honest subject rather than a subject like "What do you think?" or "What if..." or some other worthless subject which tells you absolutely nothing about the actual subject of the thread. THOSE are the threads which waste people's time. Not this one.
