Thats a tough choice really. I would go with Mega Man 2 as its pretty fun. Those are a great selection of games though. Any one of them is worth getting. I also have NInja Gaiden III and its really fun also.
Castlevania was okay, Ninja Gaiden titles are decent but hard, and Mega Man 2 was enjoyable (though I haven't played it much, in a while). So I'll have to say Mega Man 2, BUT, the choice is yours.

out of those 6 which one is the best
...too tough to chose, honestly. While Castlevania II and Ninja Gaiden III both kinda suck, the other 4 are top-notch games. I'd say start with Mega Man 2 and work your way down. The games get progressively harder, but also more rewarding.
