Here, we'll see what game is coming to the Virtual Console by the OFLC rating. I'll start:
Games rated by the OFLC that isn't available in Australia yet:

Strider (Sega Genesis)
Twinbee (Nintendo Entertainment System)
Super Mario Kart (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)
Ghoul Patrol (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)
Final Fight 3 (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)
Milon's Secret Castle (Nintendo Entertainment System)
Ogre Battle 64 (Nintendo 64)
Ironclad (Neo Geo)
Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (TurboGrafx-CD)

The wiki says the arcade version of Shadow Dancer is rated by the OFLC.
